  3. This file package contains two files - the README.TXT file
  4. that you are reading now, and the Icon Color Level utilility
  5. named MULEVEL.EXE.
  6.  
  7. MULEVEL will allow you to use and display high-color icons
  8. on your computer providing your video driver is running in
  9. High-Color or True Color mode.
  10.  
  11. MULEVEL does not require any special installation or setup.
  12. You can copy this program to any folder on your hard drive
  13. and run it from there.
  14.  
  15. MULEVEL displays a simple dialog with a checkbox to allow you
  16. to engage or disengage the high-color icon feature of your
  17. Windows 95 installation.  You must then restart Windows 95
  18. after changing this option to allow the new setting to take
  19. effect.

  23. This utility is part of the Microangelo(tm) software package
  24. for Windows 95.  Microangelo was specifically designed to
  25. work with icons and cursors used by Windows 95.  It allows
  26. you to access more icons than any other software utility
  27. (anywhere), in all sizes and color formats including the
  28. latest high-color icons.

  32. networks including the Microsoft Network, America Online,
